At Camp Creek Vintage, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't quite right, we've made our return and refund process simple and straightforward. Please review the details below.
1. Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. Return requests submitted after this 30-day window will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
• Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it
• All original tags attached
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Final sale or clearance items
• Intimates, swimwear, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
• Gift cards
• Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us at support@campcreekvintage.shop with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return
2. We will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return shipping address
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Camp Creek Vintage is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days of our receiving the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed.
7. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@campcreekvintage.shop with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or color, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item and place a separate order for the new item once your return is accepted.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@campcreekvintage.shop.
