Submit Return
Return Policy Overview
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return: sale or clearance items, items marked as final sale, and any items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery.
How to Submit a Return Request
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:
- Email us at support@campcreekvintage.shop with the subject line Return Request – [Your Order Number].
- Include your full name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please submit a return for the original item and place a new order separately.
